Jennifer Sturm has had the privilege of working in education for 26 years.  During this time, she has served students and families as a teacher, instructional facilitator, campus administrator, and a special education coordinator.  It is her belief and passion to help individuals reach their full potential.

Are you new to transition?  This training will provide an understanding of the components of the transition process, including transition assessments and compliance issues in federal and state law. Discussion and activities will focus on the transition process as a foundation for the development of an effective IEP designed to enable the student to achieve their postsecondary goals.
